Red Rocks Transportation Without the Parking Battle
Red Rocks Amphitheatre is one of the best places in America to see a show — and one of the most frustrating to drive to. Lots fill early, exits crawl for an hour after the encore, and rideshare pickups after a show are notoriously unpredictable. City Captain's private Red Rocks transportation fixes all three: a chauffeur drops you near the entrance, and your ride home is confirmed before the first song.
How Concert Night Works
Your chauffeur picks up your group in Denver, Boulder, or your hotel, times the drive so you're inside before the opener, and drops you at the venue. After the show, you walk to a pre-arranged meeting point — your driver's location is texted to you — and you're headed home while thousands are still inching out of the lots. No app refreshing, no surge fare, no designated driver.
Vehicles for Every Group
Couples take an executive sedan or SUV; friend groups of 6–14 ride together in a Sprinter van at a per-person cost that usually beats separate rideshares — see group transportation. Making a full evening of it? Book hourly service and add dinner in Morrison or Golden before the show.
Beyond Red Rocks
We cover concert and event transportation across the metro: Ball Arena, Coors Field, Empower Field at Mile High, Fiddler's Green, the Mission Ballroom, and downtown theaters. Ask about round-trip packages for any Denver event.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where do you drop off and pick up at Red Rocks?
Drop-off is as close to your entrance as venue traffic control allows that night. For pickup, your chauffeur confirms an exact staging location and texts it to you before the show ends.
How long after the show will we wait?
Your driver is staged before the encore. Most groups are rolling within minutes of reaching the vehicle — the slow part is venue traffic, and our chauffeurs know the exit patterns.
Can you do round trips from Boulder or the Tech Center?
Yes — round trips run from anywhere in the metro, including hotels downtown and DEN-area pickups.
What does it cost?
Round-trip pricing is fixed and quoted in advance — no post-show surge. Request a quote with your date and group size.
Will I get the vehicle class I booked?
Yes. The vehicle category you reserve is the category that arrives. If availability ever requires a change, you’ll be upgraded at no charge — never downgraded.
Will I know who my driver is before pickup?
Yes. Before every trip you receive your chauffeur’s name, photo, phone number, vehicle description, and live ETA by text.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track every inbound flight and adjust your pickup automatically — early or late — at no extra charge.
What if something goes wrong with my ride?
Call or text 619-800-3515 and a human dispatcher — not a ticket queue — will fix it. If we fall short of our standard, we make it right quickly with a refund, a credit, or both.
If I get a discount, does it apply to my return trip?
We tell you exactly what any promotion covers — in writing, at booking — before you pay. No fine-print surprises on round trips.
