Best transportation service in San Diego My teenage daughter travels by herself from San Francisco to San Diego to attend summer camp! City Captain takes her from/to the Airport and from/to Summer Camp I feel comfortable knowing who picks her up and drops her off as opposed to my daughter calling a Lyft or Ueber. We always request Tina. She is on time, professional and my daughter adores her. Best transportation service ever used! Thank you, Tina and City Captain!

Hummer Limo for Wedding I was part of a bridal party of 18 and we had the Hummer Limo take us to the ceremony, venue, and spots for photos. The Hummer limo itself is eye catching and aesthetically appealing to look at for a wedding party. The inside was clean and up to par, and was able to sit all of us comfortably. Jonas was super accommodating and nice, despite our party being loud. We arrived promptly to all destinations and he was helpful in ensuring we got on and off the limo fine. Highly recommend the Hummer Limo and Jonas! I hope to continue business with him soon.

Great Transfer Company I had never used the services of City Captain before. On April 29th, 2022, I had customers scheduled for round trip transfers from the San Diego airport to the Guadalupe Valley in Mexico (return May 1, 2022). Three hours before their scheduled pickup time, I received a call from the transfer company that they were cancelling the transfers. I immediately searched for and contacted several driver services in the San Diego area. Several simply responded they were booked or they couldn’t do anything on such short notice. When I reached City Captain and explained the situation, they immediately went into action to find a driver. Both Matthew (first person I spoke with) and Joseph (person I worked with to confirm the booking) were very responsive and seemed to have a genuine interest to help find a solution for the customers. We are very grateful and appreciative that this company and those working there care enough to make things happen on short notice. They provided great service, were on time, and extremely reliable.

Service that makes travel easier. This was my first time using Captain City Transportation. The service was exceptional; easy to request service online; drivers friendly and courteous arriving at scheduled times and helpful with luggage and entering and exiting the automobile. The two automobiles O rode in were spotless. On my return to home trip Mekennon Gerbu was especially helpful and courteous when there was a mixup in arrival time which I believe I may have contributed to. He picked me up on the earlier time; did it with a short wait and pleasant about it. I will continue to use this company for my transportation needs and refer others to them.

CHEAPER THAN UBER! And…more reliable Uber Post Pandemic is not reliable! I am so glad I booked them. Prices are also cheaper than Uber! We were picked up by Matias in an Escalade and shuttled off to Legoland Hotel (30 min drive). They have all car seat options for all ages! He returned 3 days later to take us back. He is fully vaccinated. Once you book online- you get a confirmation email and they will call you the night before! They are so busy and I was worried that I hadnt heard anything a few days before. But just note- confirmation email and phone call day before. Super nice, reliable, safe, and cheaper than the rest.

Very Reliable We have been using City Captain for all of our transportation needs for many years. They are always on time, the drivers are very courteous and the cars are always clean and well maintained. It’s easy to make reservations online. We highly recommend them!

MVP award goes to Matias We used City Captain transportation during a recent vacation to San Diego. It was a relief to not have to travel with a car seat throughout our airport travels. The company provided a child seat for my 3 year old. Matias, our private driver, for the trip was great! Always punctual and accommodating. My daughters and I felt very comfortable in his care.

Polite, punctual, fair price We needed a larger vehicle to transport five passengers and several cases from the airport. Our driver arrived on time and telephoned to let us know he was waiting and would pick us up outside as soon as we had located our bags. The driver was friendly and helpful, and in the end we decided to also book a return transfer also.

Best for families with young kids. The driver carries 3 car seats and can accommodate kids of all sizes and ages. We used the service from the Omni La Costa to the airport. It was great.

Great service... First time with City Captain and it was awesome! Right on time for both the pickup at San Diego Int’l and the return trip from Chula Vista. Comfortable SUVs both ways, and excellent friendly drivers. Will certainly use again!
