COVID-19 Coronavirus Safety Update

What Are We Doing?

As questions and concerns arise about COVID-19 Safety (referred to as the Coronavirus), we have taken several precautionary measures to provide the highest level of protection for our clients and staff. The health and safety of our passengers, partners, and employees is always our top priority. For the most up to date info, please visit the CDC website here:

Cleaning & Sanitizing

We take our cars for a car wash daily and clean all vehicle interior surfaces with disinfectant wipes after each ride.

Our vehicle door handles and inside surfaces are routinely cleaned and disinfected with Environmental Protection Agency-approved cleaning chemicals.

Providing drivers and customers with tissues and trash receptacles.

Providing alcohol-based hand rubs containing at least 60 percent alcohol for both drivers and customers.

We do not allow sick employees to report for work under any circumstances. We rotate drivers that have been in quarantine as our business is affected drastically.

Eliminate P2P Sharing

We have removed all printed materials from the seat-back pockets and the cessation of candy and beverage offerings that are not individually packaged or sealed unless requested. Eliminating all physical material sharing between passengers and drivers as much as possible

Extra Safety Actions

City Captain Transportation is committed to protecting the health and safety of our drivers and clients during these unprecedented times.

We are advising drivers to lower vehicle windows to increase airflow.

Allow drivers to wear masks over their nose and mouth to prevent the spread of the virus, and asking customers to do the same.

Provide drivers with disposable towels and Environmental Protection Agency-approved cleaning chemicals.

We only transporting one family at a time.

Drivers are encoraged to report any safety and health concerns
